Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over HK$300. A delivery charge of $50 will apply for orders of less than this amount.
All Hong Kong orders will be received within 2-5 business days.
Public Holidays & Weather: We do not offer delivery on public holidays, when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.
We only do single address delivery. If you wish us to deliver to several addresses, please place one order for each location. If you have any special requirement for delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. Deliveries are also restricted to addresses within 30 meters of a legal parking space. If our driver is unable to legally park, please meet our staff at the closest legal unloading area.
Each order shipped is checked to ensure you get the best, but sometimes the item(s) could get damaged during shipment/ processing, or there would be an imperfection in them. You are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery. If you have discovered a faulty item, please take a photo of the defect and contact us at email@example.com. In case that the item are defective or damaged, we will proceed to an exchange.
Claims must be lodged within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We don’t take any responsibility of stolen products if you give instructions for us to leave your product outside your house and the product gets stolen. We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the products. We will not be liable for spillages or breakages.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17/F, 1 Lan Kwai Fong, Central, HONG KONG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
